Right next to our outdoor shower is a classic cold-water bucket — suspended and ready for action. Give the rope a tug and instantly drench yourself in cold water. It’s a quick shock to the system that awakens the senses and completes the full hot-cold cycle. Highly recommended for the full authentic Baltic sauna ritual.
