Our wood-burning sauna offers a genuine Finnish-Baltic experience that’s difficult to find in the U.S., let alone in Triangle. Hand-built with natural wood and fired by real logs, this hidden gem replicates the centuries-old sauna culture of Northern Europe. Backed by numerous studies, regular sauna use is linked to improved circulation, reduced stress, immune support, and even heart health.

Outdoor Fire Pit Lounge
Relax under our covered lounge area featuring a fire pit and gazebo. Whether it’s a brisk evening or warm summer night, this space is designed for comfort — kick back between sauna rounds, reconnect with friends, or simply enjoy the night sky and ambient glow.
Cold Water Bucket Treatment
Pull the rope. Feel the rush.
Right next to our outdoor shower is a classic cold-water bucket — suspended and ready for action. Give the rope a tug and instantly drench yourself in cold water. It’s a quick shock to the system that awakens the senses and completes the full hot-cold cycle. Highly recommended for the full authentic Baltic sauna ritual.
Wood-Burning Sauna House & Venue
Indulge in the warmth of a traditional wood-fired sauna while relishing the added comforts of our exquisite setting, featuring a gazebo seating area, cozy couches around a fire pit, a refreshing cold shower, and a sauna bucket.
Experience our bespoke two-room sauna, presenting the epitome of luxury, ample space, and cutting-edge contemporary design – an ideal choice for those with a discerning taste for 21st-century and cabin aesthetics.
Hot-room capacity: 4-6 people
There is a large changing room / additional seating in the other room.
While the sauna will be pre-heated with white-cedar logs, you will be in control of the temperature and humidity.
There will be a bucket with water and a ladle for additional heat. Essential oils may be added in the bucket to your liking.
Sauna Brooms/Whisks: *Not Included; You may bring your own or let us know beforehand and we can provide them at an additional cost.
You are welcome to be nude, but we encourage you to bring a bathing suit so you can assess your comfort level upon arriving with your group.
The Sauna-House is very private and away from the property, so you can feel like you are by yourself in a cabin.
We recommend using the cold-bucket and shower area in between each session for the full sauna experience.
There is a tidy bathroom inside of our property that we will show and give access to all guests.
How to Prepare:
Come hydrated after a light snack, and try to be on time as the sauna will be pre-heated. Dress in a swimsuit, bring a large water bottle and beach footwear. We provide guests with towels but some people bring their own.
Accessibility and Arrival:
Our driveway at 927 Brookgreen Dr may or not have vehicles parked there, but you can park on the street (as long as you are not blocking a mail-box, fire-hydrant or any driveway). We will greet you outside. The sauna is located far down our back-yard, taking the stairs down to a separate resort venue just for you and your group.

Gazebo and Dining
During your alternating sessions in the sauna's heat, take a moment to step outside to our gazebo and dining area. Here, you can unwind and enjoy refreshments and snacks in a tranquil setting.
Pull and Plunge
Between your sauna sessions, immerse yourself fully in the sauna experience with our invigorating cold shower and bucket area. Pull the rope and feel refreshed after the intense heat. You can find this revitalizing feature adjacent to our lounge seating area.
Ember Lounge
In addition to our charming gazebo area, you'll discover our outdoor lounge area, featuring plush seating arrangements surrounding a captivating fire pit, providing you with an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
Grilling Space
Discover our brand-new Big Green Egg smoker, the ultimate choice for those seeking to enhance their grilling adventures. You can enjoy this fantastic smoker for an extra fee, allowing you to take your barbecue experience to the next level.
